"My Mum came into your care in November. I have nothing but praise for all the wonderful care you gave us all, To all the staff, a million thankyous. Your kindness will not be forgotten." "I have a colleague whose Mum spent time at Holmwood before she passed away. She often spoke of the little things that the staff at Holmwood did, that not only made a difference to her Mums' time, but also her own peace of mind that her mum was being cared for with genuine respect." "I will finally sign off and say again thank you so very much for making such a positive difference to all our lives, while Dad resided at Holmwood Rest Home. If all of your residents are treated with the same respect, kindness, empathy and understanding that Dad received then they are very lucky indeed." |
