From two and three bedrooms villas, to smaller independent living cottages, Te Awa Lifecare also offers 63 rest home and hospital level care suites, as well as a dementia homestead comprising 12 individual care suites. Construction of the stage two villas are now almost complete and stage 3 has commenced, all of which are well-appointed throughout, with designer kitchens, HRV heat pumps and a call bell connected to 24 hour support.

Residents are spoilt for choice when it comes to facilities and activities at Te Awa Lifecare. On-site recreation amenities include indoor bowls, a gym, snooker room, library, cinema, café, arts and crafts room, hair salon and a large lounge/dining hall for community-centred events.
