Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is light, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The generous main bedroom features a walk-in robe, ensuite and ranch slider opening directly onto the deck, while a second full bathroom provides added convenience.
Moving in is refreshingly easy, with quality appliances already provided, including a television, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer.
A weekly fee takes care of many of the everyday essentials, including power, internet, a basic Sky package, housekeeping, rubbish and recycling collection and Happy Hour. You’ll also have access to Te Awa’s extensive facilities, including the gym, bowling and billiards rooms, along with a wonderful calendar of activities, entertainment, social occasions and day trips.
Most importantly, you can continue to live independently while enjoying the reassurance that additional support services can be introduced if and when you need them.
