Once complete, Summerset Cambridge will offer nearly 260 stunning homes to choose from including villas, cottages, serviced apartments, and our industry-leading memory care suites. Villas are spacious and come in two and three-bedroom configurations with outdoor living areas and an internal access garage. Cottages are two bedrooms with the option of an internal access garage. Serviced apartments come with a generous double bedroom, ensuite, and separate living area with a kitchenette. All new homes are contemporary and bright with ample storage and modern fittings and finishes. Our care centre will provide rest home and hospital-level care, and our industry-leading memory care centre will offer safe, apartment-style living for those living with dementia.
Life at Summerset Cambridge promises to be ‘resort-like’. Once the Village Centre is complete, Summerset Cambridge will be humming with a range of on-site activities and features. This includes a café, exercise room, library, hair salon, vegetable garden, bar, indoor swimming pool & spa pool, lounge, and an outdoor pizza oven. An on-site Activities Coordinator will also be joining the team to organise events, outings, and activities every week.
