The village is conveniently located within walking and cycling distance from superb local cafes, a short drive to local amenities and the cycle and walkways are on the village’s doorstep.
Enjoy the freedom of a relaxed, maintenance-free retirement, in a vibrant community at Summerset Cambridge. Once complete, Summerset Cambridge will offer nearly 260 stunning homes, including villas, cottages, serviced apartments, and our industry-leading memory care suites. Villas are spacious and come in two and three-bedroom configurations with outdoor living areas and an internal access garage. Cottages are two bedrooms with the option of an internal access garage. Serviced apartments come with a generous double bedroom, ensuite, and separate living area with a kitchenette. All new homes are contemporary and bright with ample storage and modern fittings and finishes.
Our care centre provides rest home and hospital-level care, and our incredible memory care centre offers safe, apartment-style living for those living with dementia. Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
