Visitors as usual (but not if you're unwell or recently returned from overseas)
The atmosphere at Fendalton Village is decidedly boutique which are becoming increasingly rare these days but it offers a range of lifestyle options. Small retirement villages like Fendalton offer a more intimate community with wonderful opportunities for residents, staff, family and friends to get together at regular events during the year. It’s easy to get to know your neighbours and make new friends in your retirement years.

It’s your home

At Fendalton we believe it’s the small things that count from being able to walk through the well-established gardens, to having dinner with an intimate group of friends.

Fendalton is within easy proximity of local shops and Fendalton Library. With a full varied programme of activities and outings it is easy to say why residents wish they had made the choice sooner.

If you wish to visit and have a tour through Fendalton Retirement we would love you to drop in next time your passing.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
