Other Personnel Yes Our Receptionist is often the first 'port of call' for residents and family. As we are a smaller facility all our personnel are well known to our residents.

The Serviced Apartments are adjacent to our Rest Home, connected by a covered walkway providing all weather protection. The whole complex is built at ground level, giving easy access to the sheltered decks and raised gardens, and keeping the community close.

The residents in the Apartments have the use of all communal facilities in the Rest Home.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act.
