Special features

Apārangi Village is an integral part of the township of Te Kauwhata and of the surrounding district. The village is so designed that there are no real defining boundaries. The vast majority of homes are individually designed; mostly north facing with views towards rural Waikato and the Hunua Ranges.

A rather unique retirement village where you treat the dwelling as though you own it as far as possible as detailed in the occupation license.

The Te Kauwhata Retirement Trust Board is a registered Charitable Trust.
