Abbeyfield Masterton is located close to Masterton’s main shopping area, with cafes, restaurants,the cinema and local library close by. It is also close to scenic Queen Elizabeth Park.
The house currently caters for 10 residents but an extensive redevelopment is planned which will expand the number of studio units to 14. The project will also see the kitchen and communal lounge and dining area remodeled. Initially the house was developed from an old vicarage but the original vicarage building will be moved as part of the redevelopment.
The house has ample on-site car parking for residents and some garaging.
