Our stunning Village Centre is now open and residents and their families are able to enjoy a range of resort-style facilities.
A Ministry of Health certified care centre, serviced apartments and our award-winning memory care centre. Summerset's continuum of care means that should your needs change in the future, you will be able to access additional levels of care and support in your own home, in your serviced apartment or in our care centre (subject to availability). And, if you ever need ongoing care, as a resident you‘ll receive priority access, right up to hospital level and dementia care. You’ll always have peace of mind of knowing all support needs are taken care of without having to leave the village.
Our Village Centre includes a café, exercise room, library, hair salon, bar, indoor swimming pool, lounge, and barbeque facilities. Our Activities Coordinator organises events, outings, and activities every week.
Summerset Palms is within easy walking distance to the foreshore reserve, boarders a cycle trail and just around the corner from popular Maraenui Golf Course. Everyday life here is a fusion of beautiful coastal scenery, social events in the village, outings to the city and surrounds, and days of relaxation at home.
