Our cottages are very popular in our safe and secure gated community. Built to an incredibly high standard, they are designed with your needs in mind. They feature open plan living, two bedrooms, modern appliances, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and an outdoor living area overlooking a park or green space where you can relax with friends and family – the ultimate in worry-free living as we also take care of home repairs and maintenance. There are communal vegetable gardens with an abundance of seasonal goodness grown by the residents. If resort-style living is what you are looking for, call us to book a private tour.
Our Village Centre offers a range of on-site activities and features. This includes a vibrant café, resident bar, exercise room, library, movie theatre, hair and beauty salon, bar, indoor swimming pool & spa pool, lounge, and barbeque facilities. Our on-site Activities Coordinator organises events, outings, and activities every week.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
