Set in lovely gardens on a commanding site at 42 Herd Road, Hillsborough, Auckland, the village is next door to Monte Cecilia Park and some apartments have views to the Manukau Harbour. With easy access to the Southern Motorway and ten minutes from the airport, residents find its location to be very convenient. It’s close to supermarkets and a range of shops, banks, pharmacies and so on at Royal Oak and Onehunga.
There are 24 villas around the east and north side of the 12 acre site and there are 221 apartments in seven buildings. Car parking is provided for each villa as a part of the dwelling and for most apartments in underground car parks.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act.
