Lockerbie Retirement Village is 100% New Zealand owned and operated. The Village was conceived when a small group of regional developers came together to breathe a bit of fresh air (and value) into retirement living. The goal was always to offer retirees high-quality, contemporary homes, in a beautiful, connected countryside setting with easy access to a great range of lifestyle options and amenities. If you’d like to find out more about us, don’t hesitate to ask our Sales Manager.

You’ll love walking through streets lined with oak and London plane trees to the vibrant, social hub of the Village. The thoughtful internal street layout means that all homeowners will be able to easily access all the social amenities within the Village via connected parklands and greenways.

In the middle of the Village, you’ll soon find a modern Clubhouse offering lots of opportunities for fun. With its airy, modern barn-like structure, the Clubhouse will bring the Village together in relaxed comfort and style. There’ll be something for everyone, including:

Restaurant, bar and dining areas
Lounge and relaxed seating areas
Pool or snooker room
Spa pool
Kitchen and storage areas
Indoor swimming pool
Gym and cardiovascular fitness area
Restrooms and changing areas
Outdoor covered patio
Village reception and management office

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
