The location is convenient for shopping and services. There’s a New World supermarket and the Coast Plaza shopping mall just up the road. Only seven minutes’ drive away is Silverdale, where there’s another shopping mall, lots of outlet shops and two more supermarkets. Residents at Peninsula Club live independently in villas and apartments, which range in size. Villas have private gardens and apartments have either a balcony or patio.
