Wesley Home & Care Mt Eden has one focus, and one focus only...the health and happiness of its residents. Unlike many modern aged-care accommodation providers, we are not trying to sell you or your loved ones a unit or apartment. Care is our number one focus, not real estate sales.
We strive to create a genuine sense of family, and to surround all our residents with the love, respect and care they deserve. Wesley Home & Care provides an exceptional level of 24/7 care along with life quality enhancements all under one roof, including a hair and beauty salon, three lounge/dining areas, and lots spaces for residents to enjoy.
We have caregivers who speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Vietnamese, and a GP with English, Mandarin, Cantonese language ability. We exceed the recommended guidelines for nursing staff hours, and strive to provide the best clinical care possible to all our residents.
Our kitchen team are experienced in European, Asian, and fusion cuisine. All our meals are prepared onsite from fresh ingredients, unlike many other facilities who provide frozen 'heat and eat' meals. We provide both Asian and European meal selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Wesley Home & Care has many colourful and inviting spaces for residents to enjoy, along with a selection of lounges, dining areas and outdoor spaces.

What's New

Our new Christian pastoral carer Peta visits every Monday at 10.30am, and is now accompanied by two Mandarin speaking church elders who assist her in catering to the spiritual needs of our Chinese Christian residents. Wesley Home & Care passed its MOH audit in May 2025 with excellent results. Wesley Home & Care regularly changes furniture, pictures and decorations in common areas to keep the facility interesting and engaging for our residents. |
