The rest home offers light, warm and spacious single bedrooms with large ensuite and some with private patio gardens. Staff offer experienced and friendly care in a community atmosphere where your individual needs are met.

Additional Information
Details re Meals Meals have been set with dietetic and nutritionist involvement. Breakfast is served in a person's bedroom. The main meal is at lunch time, with a lighter evening meal both served in the dining area. Morning and afternoon tea as well as an evening snack is provided. All preferences are catered for including diabetic, soft, puree, gluten free etc.
Staffing Details Registered Nurse on duty at all times within the facility. Staffing levels in line with MoH safe staffing guidelines.
Associated Complexes Waiapu Village has 13 one bedroom Apartments and 18 two bedroom Chalets.
Fees Details/Fees Do Not Include As per Health Funding/ Ministry of Health contract. Enquire with Facility Manager for details. Ensuite surcharge $13.25 per day. Ensuite/ Patio surcharge (combined) $20 per day
