Prior to moving into Vickery, Dads physical/medical care was undermining him. He would forget to take his medication or may have taken two doses instead of one. His ulcers never quite healed as he struggled with routines. You supported him to take medications at the right time, checked his legs daily and applied the right dressings, ensured that he ate and drank well and encouraged him to have sufficient rest. Dads physical health improved considerably due to your attention and this enabled him to live well.
You and your colleagues have the utmost respect and gratitude of the Fraser family. You will be recommended to the people we talk to and those who seek our opinion on where to refer their loved one. Your hard work, diligence and humanity will not be forgotten by us.-Fraser family

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the staff of Vickery Court for working such a minor miracle with my mother, helping with her rehabilitation following her fall last April so that she is now capable of travelling by aircraft. She enjoys her interaction with the staff at Vickery Court, and is now starting to appreciate a number of the activities and outings. She alive, fit, well, mobile and enjoying life thanks to the concerted work of the Vickery Court team.
Kind regards
