At Ulimate Care Madison we not too big and not too small, allowing us to maintain a person-centre approach to all our residents. Families are encouraged to participate in the care planning of their loved one and are kept up to date with any change or changes in care being provided.

We have well maintained landscaped grounds with a spacious private courtyard housing our bird aviary and vegetable gardens for our residents to enjoy.

Activities are tailored for our residents needs and for those looking for companionship we have beautiful communal lounges. We also offer great food in our dedicated dining area.
