Given the current COVID-19 environment we have temporarily disabled our ‘feedback’ feature. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Ultimate Care Kensington Court is a caring, well-established, New Zealand owned and operated retirement facility offering village community living, rest home and hospital level care. We have served the residents of Nelson for over 20 years, providing high quality services and care. Kensington Court has recently earned a four year certification from the Ministry of Health in recognition of our excellent performance and ongoing quality improvement.

Our rest home has recently been refurbished to offer care suites as well as standard and premium rest home rooms.
Kensington Court is well known for its exceptional staff, quality of nursing care, nutritious home cooking and excellent facilities contained in a homely environment. We have an extensive activities programme tailored to meet residents’ needs. Our staff are loyal and committed to the care of the residents.

There’s always something going on in and around the facility. Many of our residents are independent and enjoy the communal activities and opportunities offered here. Staff are committed to ensuring our residents have a home away from home.

We express the huge amount of gratitude for the superb care of mum and Gran. You formed a bond with mum. To form a bond shows your skill and dedication to make residents lives as easy going as possible. They have the freedom to still be themselves. We know mum was happy to have the good care along with the respect in her last year.
