Palm Grove offers a choice of premium care rooms and stunning recently refurbished Care Suites, so no matter your needs or budget, there are plenty of options.

We have the best of both worlds, being close to shops and motorways but nestled in a peaceful spot away from the main road. From the staff who greet you in the hallways, to the fresh and inviting living spaces, at Palm Grove you’ll feel right at home. There’s always something happening in our main lounge - find a friend to chat to or join in the day’s events. If it’s peace and quiet you crave, relax in the beautifully manicured gardens, or settle in a comfy chair in one of our many cosy nooks.

We don’t have visiting hours at Palm Grove because we know it’s important you stay connected to your community. This is your home, so friends and family can join you anytime for a cuppa and catch up. We’re close to several main roads, so it’s a breeze for visitors to pop in, or get you out and about to local shops and cafes. We are super close to Home Base (shopping precinct that has Bunnings, Coffee Culture, Couplands, and much more) on Marshland Road which is opening mid 2025.

Hop in the village van for a jaunt, you’ll never know where it will take you next. A scenic drive to Lyttleton or hot chips at the beach, there’s an exciting new destination each week. Or if it’s music you’re in to, enjoy your own personalised playlist with I Love Music. Join in the fun with furry visitors, or take part in competitive games, theme days and Happy Hour, there’s something for everyone no matter what you’re interested in.

Tender Sunday roasts, hot fish and chips and scrummy homemade puddings… there’s a reason why the dining room is full before dinner! All of the above are regular features on our menu, which is packed with tasty family favourites you’d make at home. You’ll be sure to want second helpings!

Oceania is a leading provider of premium healthcare services in New Zealand. With over 40 locations across the country, we’ve been part of local communities for over 50 years. We’re recognised as industry leaders in care, winning awards for innovation, food, staff training and community engagement.

When it comes to your care, you know what you do and don’t like – and we want to know your preferences too. Because everyone is different, all of our residents get a personalised care plan, so from meals to medications; everything that’s important to you is covered.
