At Nelson Street, we care with heart. Our home is a safe, nurturing environment where residents live active and fulfilling lives. We are located in the Manawatu community of Feilding near the town centre, close to cafes, shops and sporting facilities. Nelson Street provides Rest Home, Hospital and Dementia care options. With 47 care bedrooms, we can offer a more personal environment and highly attentive care.

Our compassionate, skilled team is carefully trained to provide support, companionship and individualised care to our residents. We feel a deep sense of responsibility to our people and their families and whanau, and fostering trust is integral to the way we care.

We offer a full calendar of engaging in-house activities and events, as well as regular outings to local places of interest. We also offer residents the opportunity to participate in Ran-fit, our own ACC approved and accredited strength and balance class. Our home has inviting courtyards and garden areas – providing a serene setting for you to sit and reflect, or to chat with friends and loved ones.
