Linda Jones Retirement Village has care options to suit your needs. As well as independent and assisted-living apartments, we also provide resthome, hospital and specialist dementia care.
Your health needs may change over time and if they do, we can continue to look after you. It’s comforting for couples at different stages in their health to know they can be cared for within the same village, by the same village team.
We’ve won the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand: Aged Care and Retirement Villages award seven times. And we’ve been awarded the gold medal six times in the Reader’s Digest Quality Service award.
At Linda Jones care centre, our care plans come to life through our own electronic care app, myRyman. This custom-made app is available on a device located in every care room. It enables nurses and carers to see and record information about each resident at the beside. Creating greater efficiencies and allowing our teams to spend more time with residents.
Our residents look forward to meal times because the food tastes great – and it’s nutritious. Our seasonal Delicious menu offers three choices at main meals, including a vegetarian dish, all prepared fresh on site by our village chef.
There is a selection of spacious private rooms to choose from, all with an ensuite bathroom. You’ll have the added security of monitored call bells in your room and ensuite that are all linked to a smart-pager system, ensuring a prompt response.
The daily dedication of our care team is what really makes a difference at Linda Jones care centre. Residents and their families think the world of our nurses and carers. And because our staff to resident ratios are some of the highest in the care sector, the individualised care we provide creates the unique experience that residents tell us they love.
Located in Flagstaff the village enjoys elevated views of Featherstone Park and the Waikato River. Care centre amenities include spacious lounges, dining areas and tranquil outdoor spaces where you can meet with family or friends for a cup of tea, or to watch the grandchildren play.
Choosing the right care centre for you or your loved one is an important decision. We encourage you to come and visit and experience the wonderful aspects that our care centre has to offer. Join in with the activities or events on offer and compare our care with other care providers.
Our team will be there to support you and your family every step of the way.
We look forward to welcoming you into our wonderful village. We know you’ll love it here.
