The village is located in the prestigious Clearview Park subdivision, off Milson's Lane.

The village features the latest designs in retirement living providing independent townhouses, serviced apartments, resthome, hospital and dementia Care set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens.

Care centre residents have access to beautiful spacious lounges, dining areas and serene outdoor spaces. Living areas are warm and inviting and provide the perfect setting to meet with family and friends to relax and enjoy.

The amenities include a hair and beauty salon, café and shop. Our villages have beautifully landscaped gardens where you can enjoy peaceful strolls or have the space for the grandchildren to play.

Registered Nurse Yes Our resthome has a full time registered nurse dedicated to this area, as well as a highly skilled Clinical Manager, who overviews the clinical care of all residents in the resthome.
Nurse Practitioner Yes We are able to access the expert advice of a nurse practitioner should this be required.
Enrolled Nurse Negotiable We have enrolled nurses working across the care centre who are available if required.
Healthcare Assistants/Caregivers Yes We work with primary nursing groups to ensure a continuity around care. This means that the resident will have the same caregivers each shift, and they will get to know you well. All our caregivers are supported to undertake regular training.
Physiotherapist Yes There is a physiotherapist who visits our village regularly and will review residents if required.
Occupational Therapist Yes We have access to an occupational therapist. This would be arranged through the Mid Central DHB.
Diversional Therapist Yes We have a diversional therapist in our hospital and dementia unit.
Activities Co-ordinator Yes We have a dedicated activities coordinator in the resthome who works 5 days per week and delivers a wide range of activities for the resident to participate in should they wish.
Hairdresser Yes We have a fully equiped hairdressing salon on site.
Podiatrist Yes We have a podiatrist who visits the village on a regular basis.
Dietitian Yes We have a dietitian who is contracted to our village. They are available for any dietetic reviews.
Accredited Visitors Negotiable We often have different groups and societies visiting the village. If you would like to find out more, please talk to our friendly receptionist.

Oxygen Management Yes We have oxygen concentrators in our hospital for those who require full time oxygen. We also have portable oxygen cylinders for residents who need to leave the village. Our village has a generator should there be any power outages.
Gastronomy/Nasogastric Management Yes As we also have a hospital associated with this resthome we have registered nurses available 24 hours per day and the expertise available to met all your needs.
Wound Care Yes We work closely with wound care specialists. Our registered nurses have regular training in wound care management.
Diabetic Care Yes We work closely with diabetes centre at Mid Central Hospital and our registered nurses have regular training. We also have Ryman Delicious, a menu offering many different choices including diabetic options.
Continence Advice Yes Our registered nurses are all trained in continence management. We work closely with continence advisors to ensure that our residents are receiving high quality products.
Stomal Therapy Yes We have access to a stomal therapist through Mid Central DHB.
