Welcome to Jack Inglis Friendship Hospital.
It is our aim to assist you to make the transition into Residential Care pleasant and comfortable.

We provide age related Residential Care Services for people assessed as needing Rest Home, Continuing Care and Dementia Care. We also provide Primary Care (GP) and Palliative Care.

We provide 24hour Care with full time Registered Nurse coverage. Our Registered Nurses are available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have and to advocate on your behalf with other Health Professionals to ensure you receive optimum care.

We believe everyone has the right to be accepted as individuals and should be respected for their cultural, social, spiritual and physical individuality. We aim to create a supportive, caring environment that respects that individuality. We aim for excellence and continually strive to improve the service we provide.

The Jack Inglis Friendship Hospital believes that people are our priority. The care and support we provide is holistic in approach encompassing the social, spiritual, physical, cultural and psychological characteristics of each individual. Our aim is to support and assist people to live the best life they can, maintain their independence and abilities. To achieve this we take a consultative approach with resident- family/whanau-staff to ensure that the uniqueness of each individual is acknowledged. We endeavour to provide an environment that promotes enrichment and fulfillment through happiness and laughter.
