Gulf Rise is the first of a new generation of Metlifecare retirement villages, designed to blend seamlessly into the local community in Red Beach on North Auckland’s Hibiscus Coast.
This exciting new development benefits from being part of the ready-made community in Red Beach, a Hibiscus coast gem boasting a beautiful sandy beach and popular estuary walkway and cycleway. Described as different to anything Metlifecare has done before, Gulf Rise will usher in a new era of retirement village living on the Hibiscus Coast.
Our beautifully designed Care suites are due to open in September 2023, taking expressions of interest from July onwards, and will be available under an Occupational Right Agreement (ORA). Care suites offers a private ensuite, kitchenette with bar fridge and tea making facilities, giving you the freedom to make your cup of tea, just the way you like it.
Your friends and family will always be welcome to spend time with you, and they can join in for meals and celebrations as well as pop in for a cup of tea and chat.
The need for care can be unpredictable, making it hard to always guarantee availability, but we encourage you to get in touch - we are here to listen and here to help. People come first, always. That’s our Care Promise.
