Bryant House has a friendly and homely appeal. Pleasant gardens and open living with lovely home baked food create a relaxed and caring environment. We have recently installed a fully automated security gate for the safety of our residents. This opens and closes automatically for vehicles arriving and leaving respectively. There is also a pedestrian gate that residents may to use to come and go as they please. |

Activities programme (incorporates, entertainment, clubs for art, craft, bowls, bingo. Church services communion weekly for Catholics and monthly interdenominational, exercises 2-3 times a week plus direction from Kiwi Sports, garden (own gardener keeps things pleasant to look at) Happy hour each Wednesday afternoon, indoor games (indoor bowls & croquet), trip to library weekly as well as selection of books available on the premises, videos shown at times, discussion groups and reading from newspaper is popular, shopping offered weekly and outings as arranged in van (residents given opportunity to choose). Resident shop open Tuesday afternoons. Age Concern, Alzheimer's Society. Blind Foundation provide support to residents (talking books and information), RSA visits monthly and also provide transport to monthly sing a longs.
