We want you to enjoy your time here, and encourage you to talk over any ideas or concerns with our Clinical Manager or General Manager. It is a good idea to arrange a time to meet.

Our staff of registered nurses and qualified caregivers are all dedicated, caring people who have on-going training to meet the particular needs of all residents.

We encourage residents to make their own decisions and to maintain their independence and self-care. Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms with pictures, photographs, their own private television and the mementoes they treasure.

Visitors are welcome. Our preferred visiting hours are between 8 am and 8pm. If a loved one is ill, provision can be made for relatives to sleep over. Family or friends are also welcome to take their loved ones for an outing.

Registered Nurse Yes We have 24 hour Registered Nurse coverage, as well as a highly skilled Clinical Manager Veena Anand , who overviews the clinical care of all our residents.
Enrolled Nurse Yes Works along side Registered Nurses
Healthcare Assistants/Caregivers Yes Our Health Care Assistants are highly experienced and are all skilled to provide the best care for our residents, they are also supported to undertake training in care of the older person.
Physiotherapist Yes There are two physiotherapists who visit our facility on Wednesdays, they review all resident as required
Diversional Therapist Yes Diversional therapists work Monday to Friday providing a range of therapeutic programmes, for example music and art and exercise to music.
Activities Co-ordinator Yes Activity programme, armchair exercises, BBQ, Bus trips weekly, Big print books, Craft, Bowls, Games, Housie, Videos/DVD, Manicure, Newspaper reading, Celebrations and Birthdays, Special Occasion Celebrations, Entertainment, Entertainers.
Hairdresser Yes Our Hairdresser visits every second Thursday, appointments can me made at reception or with the Registered Nurse
Podiatrist Yes Our podiatrist visits the 1st Tuesday of every month
Dietitian Yes All our menus are Dietician approved. Our Dietician is available for general advice and 2 monthly visits and as required following consultation with General Manager
Accredited Visitors Yes This can be arranged on a individual basis as required

Chaplain/Spiritual Advisor Yes We will source what ever Spiritual resources a family requires where ever possible. Catholic Chaplain visits with Communion weekly
