Triple A is our award-winning exercise class on offer to residents, designed to maintain and improve strength and balance, heart health and fitness and range of movement. Details about meals | Breakfast and supper are generally served in residents rooms. All other meals can be served in rooms or in the dining room. The main meal of the day is prepared fresh on site by our dedicated chefs. There are three main course choices, including a vegetarian option.
