All meals are home-cooked, our menus are reviewed by a dietitian and nutritionist.

Special features

Alden Manurewa is a Care Facility that offers Rest Home, Hospital, Palliative and Respite levels of care. Residents whānau are encouraged to participate actively in promoting health and well-being. Easy access to the local shops and the Manurewa Town Centre enables residents to stay connected to their community. Our activities include happy hour, outings, Tai Chi, chaplaincy, library visits, cultural celebrations, traditional food, weekly church services and gardening.

Interests & activities

Our Activities Coordinator delivers a varied programme to our residents 5 days per week. Our activities programme is regularly updated and promises to cater to a variety of interests and needs. Our programme incorporates day trips, one-to-one sessions and group sessions. Enquiries are most welcome to view our programme.
