Visitors as usual (but not if you're unwell or recently returned from overseas)
A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at Ultimate Care Rose Court. Our residents love being located in a quiet residential street, nestled amongst lovely homes and a caring neighbourhood.
We have a person-centered approach to all our residents at Rose Court and families are encouraged to participate in the care planning of their loved one.
All of our rooms have full ensuite facilities with beautiful garden views.

Activities are tailored for our residents needs and for those looking for companionship and we have a close relationship with residents living at our sister facility, Ultimate Care Bishop Selwyn, just round the corner, so there’s a real sense of community as many residents already know each other.
