In an unbeatable waterfront location, across the road from Browns Bay Beach, The Sands offers a premium option for aged care, with Care Suites designed to give you more flexibility – plus that little bit of luxury you deserve.

Care Suites provide both Rest Home and Hospital level care, which means you can relax knowing you won’t have the upheaval of moving again if your needs increase.

All Care Suites feature:

- Full ensuite bathroom
- Kitchenette
- Living area for entertaining guests
- Private balcony and/or patio
- Heat pump

Choose from either a studio Care Suite with an open-plan bedroom and lounge, or a one-bedroom Care Suite with a separate bedroom and living area. Some Care Suites are large enough to accommodate couples, so you can be together – even if one of you requires Hospital level care.

It’s easy to fill your day at The Sands. Our team will get to know you to find out how you like to spend your time, so that they can help you fill your day with the things you love to do. Our activities calendar is packed with a variety of group and solo pursuits, so you can choose what you feel like doing. Hop in our van to explore an exciting new destination each week or enjoy some me-time listening to your own personalised playlist with our award-winning I Love Music programme.
