Welcome to Jack Inglis Friendship Hospital.

It is our aim to assist you to make the transition into Residential Care pleasant and comfortable.

We believe people are our priority. The care and support we provide is holistic in approach encompassing the social, spiritual, physical, cultural and psychological characteristics of each individual. Our aim is to support and assist people to live the best life they can, maintain their independence and abilities. To achieve this, we take a consultative approach with resident- family/whanau-staff to ensure that the uniqueness of each individual is acknowledged.
Our single private rooms are light and airy and most have an en-suite. Our extra wide corridors and doors allow easy wheelchair and walker access. Your room is also wired for TV and your own personal phone.

We provide 24hour Care with full time Registered Nurse coverage. Our Registered Nurses are available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have and to advocate on your behalf with other Health Professionals to ensure you receive optimum care.

To find out more, please contact us on 03 528 9662. We would be very pleased to show you around our lovely care facility and welcome any questions you may have.
