Mum has been a resident in Radius for over two years now. Her initial introduction to life there was hard given she was unable to return to her home due to suffering a stroke. However the staff were extremely welcoming and took her under their wing. Mum has made many friends there, whether other residents or staff as have we. It is lovely to go in and sit with them while they play cards and put down a bit of smack talk. As her daughters we are there nearly every single day so get to see the working of the place and see not just how Mum is treated but other residents as well. My observations have been that they are well cared for and entertained. The only reason I gave four stars is sometimes the food is a bit of an issue for Mum as she has dietary issues. Thank you to Nelson and the team."
