Description
Bruce McLaren Retirement Village is named in honour of the famous race-car designer, driver, engineer and innovator. On Chapel Road, the village is conveniently located close to the Botany Town Centre.

The village provides a full range of retirement lifestyle options, along with the very best of resthome, hospital and dementia care. It also features the latest designs in retirement living, set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens.

Our serviced apartments are perfect for those who are wanting to keep their independence, while getting assistance with meals, laundry and housekeeping. Also included is a kitchenette where you can prepare light meals, in addition to enjoying a daily two-course cooked lunch provided by our in-house chef. Resthome level care is also available in a serviced apartment.

And as a Ryman village, we offer you fixed weekly fees for life - guaranteed.

The resort-style facilities include a bowling green, swimming pool and spa, gym, beauty and hairdressing salon, library, and even a movie theatre!

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet. The DHB Shared Services website provides additional information about this service.
