To operate as a first stop shop providing a free impatial information and refferal service to any person with a disability, their family and whanau, friends and any other callers with an interest in disablilty issues. To assist all persons with disabilities and older persons to maintain their independence within the environment they choose to live in. A member of the NZ Federation of Disability Information Centres. Services are offered to all residents of Hutt Valley. Information on any disability matter including building access, education, employment and finance/benefits.
