Testimonials
Andrew Fishes "Great interaction between firm and myself, nothing a problem. Recommend highly. Kindness included free of charge. - Jan Newcombe Future JB went above and beyond in setting up my Mum with a tracker and Geofence. It worked well and made life less stressful for us and the care home staff!" Jan Newcombe "The watch is an affordable way to keep in contact with a person ( in our case with Aphasia when you have had strokes, physically able but have lost the language base and other people can't understand them). He can do three easy things -swipe, tap, tap, I am at home while he has his walk and my cellphone rings as tap three is me . He can either communicate, or I can have the tracker turned on and that tells where he is. I can get the car out. Great interaction between firm and myself, nothing a problem. Recommend highly. Kindness included free of charge." Doreen Hassall "I was 83 years old and my husband 92 years old in January 2024. My husband had health issues which required me to be close by and/or able to monitor him at all times. He had a St John's Medical Alarm but, like many others in his age group did not want to "bother" them so would not press his alarm. A friend found the Guardian Support Services information on the net and sent it to me. I contacted (JB) who supplies this equipment and he was most helpful in answering all my questions. He allows a one month free trial to ensure you are happy with the watch, which was a big help. Not being as tech savvy as some of the younger generation I had many questions along the way and John was easy to contact and very patient. I cannot speak highly enough of the courtesy, kindness, information and follow ups that John did in this time and continued to be available to me throughout. I wish him well for the future. I am happy for John to give my email address to any prospective client who may wish to verify these comments." |

Meeting the needs of older people
Supporting Independence with Safety, Dignity, and Connection For people living with cognitive conditions, mild memory loss, mobility challenges, or other health concerns, our wearable devices offer freedom with a built-in safety net. If someone becomes disoriented or experiences a fall, help is just the press of a button away—no landline or home hub required. Whānau or caregivers can also check in through live location tracking if they become concerned and can discreetly stay connected to their whereabouts, offering peace of mind while respecting the person’s dignity and independence. Many people are reluctant to wear devices that feel clinical or make them stand out. That’s why our range includes discreet, comfortable options, from elegant pendants to modern watch-style devices, that fit easily into everyday life. Each device is personally configured to match the user’s lifestyle, routines, and capabilities, whether they’re still out walking, visiting friends, or gradually moving toward more supported living. At Guardian Support Services, we help families stay connected to what matters while staying safe, supported, and respected. |
