Description
p an oak-lined driveway, situated in beautiful gardens, is a wonderful kauri villa which has been converted into a two-storey rest home and hospital facility. Ultimate Care Oakland is located in the heart of residential Tauranga and is one of the longest established rest home and hospital facilities in the Bay of Plenty. Residents enjoy spacious single rooms, friendly and attentive staff, nutritious home cooking and an extensive activities programme. With the adjoining Oakland Lodge Village next door we can also offer independent living and a continuum of care.

Our dedicated team of nurses and caregivers offer an unparalleled quality of personalised care backed by industry-leading qualifications and training. We offer comfortable homelike facilities and deliver the very best in care.

Our Oakland Facility Manager says, "There’s a real sense of community here. We have communal living areas where residents can spend time together relaxing and catching up and an open door policy when friends and families visit. All of our friendly nurses are specialists in aged care and we provide personal care plans along with tailor-made activity programmes. We can also accommodate couples in the same room."
