Welcome to Tamahere Country Club Care Centre, an architecturally designed care environment offering luxurious living and exceptional care, on the outskirts of Hamilton. The first stage of our Care Centre was completed in July 2025, offering secure memory loss, rest home and hospital level of care. All our care suites have their own ensuites and outdoor patio’s that look over our beautifully landscaped gardens.
From the moment you walk into the reception entrance and hear the concert grand piano, you know you have arrived in a very special place. Our luxurious interior design and amenities would not be out of place in a 5-star hotel, and our exceptional staff provide the very best of care and support to our residents and families.
We have incorporated the use of world leading technology to improve the health of our residents, whilst maintaining a truly luxurious home style living experience. When the Care Centre is completed in 2027, there will be a total of 80 care suites to compliment Tamahere Country Club’s existing Independent Villas. The amenities will include a dedicated gym, spa therapy, cinema, library, chapel, music and arts room, games room and private dining. The spaces are very generous, and also incorporate many smaller areas for residents and families to relax in.
Sanderson’s reputation for quality can be seen in all that we do, and our Care Centre is a place where residents will take pride in calling this home. I invite you to contact us for more information and to come and see the Care Centre that will redefine how aged care is delivered in New Zealand.

This is one of the finest care facilities I have ever seen. Congratulations to Nathan Sanderson, Helen Martelli and the team. You have created something truly special. (Nick Stehr - Director HS Healthcare).

Is this really a care facility or an actual country club? It looks really high end. (Luis Salavarria Investor, Real Estate Alternative Assets Specialist).

What Nathan and Natasha have achieved with TCC’s beautiful Care Centre is spectacular. Their focus to detail and design is extraordinary.
