Everything was absolutely fantastic. Staff should be proud of themselves. The staff and nurses were so accommodating, nothing was any trouble, they went out of there way to see everything was right. They were so helpful and so pleasant. I liked the privacy given when my wife was taken out of the ward on the day of her death. The screen in the corridor and the nurses as a guard of honour was very moving. Thank you all.
Thank you for your kind words regarding the care that your wife recieved. The staff are were very privileged to care for your wife and family at this sad time. We are delighted that she got to celebrate mothers day with her girls.take care and thank you for your kind words.
The team at Pohlen Hospital are the most amazing people I have ever met. They were so caring and thoughtful towards my beautiful amazing Nan.
If Nan was having a bad day the team would sit with Nan and reassure her that it was okay and they are here for her.
They kept on top of her pain as soon as they knew she was in pain.
The beautiful team at Pohlen always took amazing care of Nan, even when she needed extra care they were there always smiling and talking to Nan and making Nan feel special.
The team at Pohlen were not only amazing with Nan, theywere also amazing with us (the family). If we didn't understand or were worried about what was going on with Nan's body, the team would sit and explain everything so we could understand better.
They really helped me with the paperwork side of things, as I had never done this before. The Pohlen team were amazing support.
Pohlen Hospital is the most amazing place, to be surrounded by the most beautiful kind caring amazing team of people.
When you are going through the end of your loved ones life, the team make you feel normal when everything is upside down.
Words will never say how thankful and grateful I am. Thank you, thank you thank you. I love you all to bits.
Thank you for your kind words.
It was a pleasure to look after nana and your family.
You are in our thoughts always
