Testimonials
I just want to thank you for the wonderful way your staff have cared for my Mum sice she arrived at Masonic Care. The genuine love and care of yur staff was evident from the moment I arrived to visit Mum recently. From the moment we found your community there, my family have felt so much at home....When talking with some of the staff they spoke that for them it was more of a vocation than a job, that was a great belssing for me to hear. Thank you once ahain for the genuine love you show to our darling mother and to the other residents. Many thanks for the love and care you showed G over the last few weeks. You are all amazing and the love you show the residents and for you job shines through... All the family are so thankful and appreciative of the love, kindness, respect and care you gave Mum while she was living at the Masonic. She was always telling us how she felt thoroughly spoilt and fussed over - and she loved it. I would like to thank you all for the care that my brother Bob received while he was with you. The nurses and care givers were always friendly and helpful to Bob and i know he would also want to mention the whole team there. Great meals from the kitchen, the care from the laundry staff, maintenance and the house keeping staff. The gardens also gave him an intreest, so well kept. Thank you for looking after him so well. You make a great team and we appreciate your care and compassion towards Bob and his family Dad passed away last Friday at the home in the care of your wonderful staff and this is just a short note from myself and the family to thank you and all the staff for the care he has reeived over the past 3 and a half years....
