Our elderly parents (happily married 71 yrs) are having the very best of care at Acacia Park. The staff and managment are always on hand and are wonderfull careing and kind people. Thank you so much to you all.

I agree with the other review and would like support the view that management seem more interested in paperwork, both medico legal and commercial legal than addressing concerns from the patients.
Poor rating
Sadly this Rest home does not meet the expectations of family and patient. Management unapproachable, food below par and special diets requested not always served. When using the equipment for lifting, staff are not trained properly. This is the cause of many injuries and bruises. Laundry care is shocking and patients clothing often mislaid or damaged.
