My mother has lived in Bupa for most of this year.
As a retired RN, I can appreciate the challenges of delivering optimal care in this healthcare setting. Noku and the team of nurses and caregivers at Redwood have achieved consistent and remarkable outcomes in the care of my mother and, I anticipate that this is the case for their other residents too.
Mum has been treated with kindness, respect and dignity during her stay. Their communication with family is second to none. The atmosphere is one of a respectful family. It is clear that my mother has been very happy at Redwood as she accounts for her life their with fondness of those who have cared for her.
I highly recommend Redwood to any family seeking a safe, nurturing, quality living environment for their loved one. Furthermore, I acknowledge BUPA as a highly responsive care organization in which we can have faith that our loved ones receive well administrated, compassionate care.
Thanks to all.
Donna Watson-Hall
Thank you so much Donna, we'll pass on your kind words to Noku and her team at Bupa Redwood Care Home.
