Located in the heart of Cambridge, Arvida Lauriston Park offers a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel supported, respected, and truly at home. Our purpose-built Care Centre provides rest home, hospital-level and specialist dementia care within modern Care Suites designed for comfort, privacy and connection. Care Suites are grouped into smaller households, creating a more personal and familiar living environment supported by dedicated care teams

Life at Lauriston Park is never one-size-fits-all. Care Suites are fully furnished and feature a private ensuite, emergency call system, and professionally designed interiors. Many suites also include kitchenettes or additional living space. Each household offers a shared kitchen, welcoming living areas, and access to outdoor spaces that encourage connection, fresh air, and a sense of community.

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
