Hi! My name is Julie Parker and I am the Facility Manager at Ultimate Care Churtonleigh. We are a small Rest Home situated in the heart of Churton Park, and provide Rest Home and Hospital level care. My team is very experienced and I am very proud of the care we provide for our residents. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Health in our most recent audit when we received another 4 year certification. This tick from the Ministry gives you confidence that our services and care are of the highest standard. The environment of our facility is warm and friendly. Our size (only 34 beds) is certainly a point of difference as we are able to offer a personalised and relaxed approach in ensuring our residents and families are happy. We have a chance to get to know everyone and their preferences very well! We are very fortunate to have 3 lounge areas to relax in and 2 outdoor spaces. Our lounges and many rooms have views across the valley which are incredible! Upstairs we have 2 one bedroom apartments for Rest Home level residents or couples. These are accessed by stairs and a lift. On our main level we have standard and superior rooms available, and are also able to welcome couples. Whatever your need, we will do our very best to meet it. Please get in touch if you are considering whether Churtonleigh may be a good fit for your family. I am always happy to show you around.
