About Wimbledon Villa
Wimbledon Villa provides Rest Home, Dementia, and Hospital Level Care in a warm, welcoming, and homely environment. Located just 10–15 minutes from Palmerston North, our beautifully maintained home combines quality care with comfort, dignity, and independence.
Set around the original 1880s homestead, our purpose-built facility offers bright, spacious bedrooms, many with private ensuites and views of our award-winning landscaped gardens.
At Wimbledon Villa, resident wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do. We believe in providing person-centred care that respects each resident’s individuality, choices, routines, and independence.
Our experienced team is committed to delivering compassionate, personalised support tailored to every resident’s unique needs. Clinical leadership is provided by our highly experienced Clinical Nurse Manager, supported by six Registered Nurses and dedicated care staff.
To maintain a true home-like atmosphere and follow Ministry of Health best-practice guidelines, each of our separately staffed wings accommodates no more than 20 residents. Registered Nurses are available 24 hours a day in our hospital care area.
