Ultimate Care Kensington Court is well-established in the Nelson community, providing supportive and excellent care for over 20 years. Our residents receive personalised care plans and we encourage families to participate in planning the care of their loved one and are kept up to date with any changes in care being provided.
Residents are provided with nutritious home cooking and can get involved in our extensive activities programme which is tailored to meet our residents’ needs and a homely caring environment.
