Testimonials
The first time we visited Steele Park Home for a viewing, what stood out for us was a very warm and welcoming environment with ample staff who appeared friendly and efficient. Once Mum moved into Steele Park, we found the clinical staff, in particular, to be very competent, caring for our mum’s complex needs with expertise, professionalism and warmth. We were given input into Mum’s care plans and our wishes and views were always respected. Communication with us was timely and consistent, and the nurses were always available and happy to discuss any issues that arose concerning mum, or any queries we might have. The routines and systems at Steele Park were excellent and well-implemented. As a result, we had every confidence that Mum was in good hands and being well cared for. Overall, the atmosphere at Steele Park is one of professional efficiency and a strong, caring community – not just the staff but also the residents, who interact with and look out for each other. - From Jillian/ Emily's family/ Feb 2025 _____________________________________________ Thank you for the beautiful Christmas lunch and party. There is a wonderful team at Steele Park. Aunty Margaret enjoyed her lunch. I am amazed about her appetite as she ate all her lunch and some desert. Everyone at Steele Park provides her with kind and loving care. - From Dianne/ Margaret's family/ Dec 2024 ______________________________________________ My partner was recently in respite care for six weeks at Steele Park. Both of us were delighted with the level of professionalism shown by staff, from the cleaners to the managers. Problems were addressed as promptly as was practicable. The nursing staff were skilled and managed to get round the residents despite periodic unavoidable staff shortages. The carers were efficient and always ready to help, invariably with a smile and friendly word. The cleaning staff kept the whole building spotless and went the extra mile to ensure that any spills were speedily mopped up and the area sanitised. COVID protocols were in place for the protection of residents. And if this were not enough, the meals supplied were fit for an upmarket hotel - all kudos to the chef! I would be happy to recommend Steele Park to anyone in need of quality residential care. - From Jo B./ May 2023 |
