St Joseph’s Marian Court Care Suites offer the privacy and comfort of your own studio or one-bedroom apartment, with personalised Rest Home and Hospital level care. Each Care Suite is thoughtfully designed and fully furnished, with a private ensuite, kitchenette with fridge, built-in wardrobe, bed and bedside cabinet.
Residents are encouraged to personalise their suite with favourite furniture, artwork, photographs and treasured belongings, creating a space that feels familiar, comfortable and homely. St Joseph's Marian Court also offers daily meals prepared onsite, housekeeping and laundry services, access to outdoor spaces, communal lounges, activities and social events, as well as the reassurance of 24-hour care and support.

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
