In an unbeatable waterfront location across the road from Browns Bay Beach, The Sands offers a premium option for aged care, with Care Suites designed to give you more flexibility – plus that little bit of luxury you deserve.

Care Suites provide both Rest Home and Hospital level care, which means you can relax knowing you won’t have the upheaval of moving again if your needs increase.

All Care Suites feature:

- Full ensuite bathroom
- Kitchenette
- Living area for entertaining guests (One bedroom suites only)
- Private balcony (Select suites only)
- Heat pump

Choose from either a studio care suite, or a one-bedroom care suite with a separate bedroom and living area. Some care suites are large enough to accommodate couples, so you can be together – even if one of you requires hospital level care.

Our activities calendar is packed with a variety of group and solo pursuits, so you can choose what you feel like doing.
