Nurse Maude provides Homecare domestic assistance and personal care so you can retain your independence and live safely at home. It is available for anyone recovering in their own home from an accident or surgery, those who have been assessed as needing support, and those with a life-limiting illness.
Your GP, Needs Assessment and Service Coordination Agencies, ACC or public or private hospitals can refer you for Homecare which is free to those assessed as meeting eligibility for services. There is also a private payment option.

| Homecare is available to anyone recovering from an illness, accident or surgery, has a life-limiting illness or needs long term support to help retain independence and live safely in familiar surroundings. In partnership with you and your family/whānau, a Registered Nurse develops a plan that focuses on your strengths and abilities. Your care plan can be reviewed on request. Services provided: • Household assistance • Personal care • Assisting with medication management • Meal preparation • Managing chronic conditions |
